Our practice is offering a full-time position to those who qualify.
The ideal candidate should be friendly, organized, a team player, and possess excellent communication skills.
The applicants will oversee patient care by scheduling appointments, coordinating financial agreements, and maintaining patient records.
Experience with Eaglesoft and insurance correspondence is highly desirable.

Duties include but are not limited to:
greeting and welcoming patient scheduling, rescheduling, and or cancelling appointments as needed assisting patients to fill out medical forms preparing patients' charts and daily schedules for the dental staff updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders communicating with dental insurance providers to determine if patients are required to make co-payments verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing and faxing Please send us your resume and references upon application.
