Modern office setting Duties - Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory - Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner - Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience - Schedule appointments - Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry - Support human resources functions including employee onboarding and maintaining personnel records - Assist with office management tasks such as coordinating maintenance requests and managing office equipment Requirements - Proven experience in office administration or a related field - Basic Computer Knowledge Encouraged - Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Note:
