Responsibilities:
-Cleaning of offices, showrooms, and restrooms -Cleaning of parking lots and grounds -Cleaning of shop floors using a floor machine -Maintain a clean and safe work space -Snow removal and clean up -Perform other duties as a team, as assigned -Removal and clean-up of shop waste materials such as but not limited toL Tire removal, Scrap Metals, shipping boxes, crates and trash
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in janitorial field -Deadline and detail-oriented -Ability to handle physical workload such as bending, lifting, kneeling and working off a ladder -Ability to move/lift dead weight materials, sometimes in excess of 100lbs.
This is a full-time position.
Benefits package to include accrued sick time, paid vacation and holidays, medical and dental avail.
Mon thru Fri 5am-1:
30pm, with the occasional Saturday.
No Sundays.
