Description Job Purpose:
Implements and oversees Audio and Visual requirements for entertainment acts and internal staff meetingsResponsible for assisting with the installation, evaluation, and maintenance of all audio and visual equipment on the propertyResponsible for management of all entertainment production equipment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical degree in electronics and/or engineering preferredTwo to three years' experience in electronics or related area with casino-related experience preferredTV signal processing and CAT5 cabling experienceMust possess effective communication skillsMusic and sound mixing experienceAbility to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents; ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints; ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situationsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsAbility to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variablesLicense Requirements:

Install and maintain selected audio and visual equipment on the property; television and plasma screen maintenanceKnowledge of sound technology and TV signal routing, live music mixing, cabling (data and television), live satellite signal managementEnsure the quality of audio and visual system operations in all areas of the company by communicating with all levels of team membersCoordinate work flow to assist in the effective overall operationReview specifications and make recommendations for the purchase of audio and visual equipment and suppliesRoutinely inspect and identify potential problems and repair all audio and visual equipment as neededAttend regularly scheduled departmental meetingsEnsure a maximum level of service and satisfaction is achieved and maintainedConduct and maintain inventory of all audio and visual systems, re-order and restock as neededMaintain a working knowledge of standard cabling codes and all other applicable rules and regulations governing sameCoordinate various special projects for all departmentsHeld accountable for the quality and integrity of audio and visual services on propertyPhysical/Mental Requirements:
Constant talking, hearing, standing, walking, sitting, using hands to finger, handling or feeling objects, tools, or controlsConstantly requires specific vision ability of close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focusOccasionally reach with hands and arms; sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift and/or move up to 50 lbsto 100 lbsWorking Conditions:
Exposure to risk danger of electrical shock and/or radiation (from computers)Work in moderate noise level environment, increasing to loud when on casino floorConstantly hot, cold, noisy, wet, dry, dirty, smoky, and dusty.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
